So as of late, I’ve been hard at work on my fourth novel, The Rise of Onyx (and the third and final installment of The Upperworld Series), and the latest word count is getting up near 30k (which I’m super psyched about!). My goal for this book is to hit somewhere around 55k, so progress has definitely been made. Hopefully, it’ll be on shelves (and on Amazon) by the end of August (which is also when I start my senior year of undergrad so things might get busier at that point anyway). Fingers crossed for everything to go as planned, but I’m prepared to adapt to reality if need be. After all, my dreams don’t always pan out how I’d like them to (of course). But I’m happy as long as they happen somehow 😉
